Ms. Rajasree R. is Assistant Professor at the Post Graduate Department of English & Research Centre, Sanatana Dharma College. She joined the Department in 2019 as Assistant Professor (on contract), moving on to Substantive Appointment in 2021. She also has prior teaching experience at Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam (2012-13). She holds an M.Phil. Degree in English from the Institute of English, University of Kerala (2016) and is currently pursuing Ph.D. at Mahatma Gandhi University (Part-Time). She has several journal publications, presentations in national and international conferences, and a full book translation to her credit. Ms. Rajasree R. proved her mettle as a translator by publishing the English version of ‘Ormakal Mahanagarathil’, the memoir of Prabha Narayana Pillai under the title ‘On Life, Death and the Art of Cooking’ (2017 – with UGC funding). Besides, she has organized seminars and workshops during her teaching career at Maharaja’s College and during her course of study at the Institute of English, University of Kerala.

· Ms. Rajasree R. has worked as an Editorial Assistant for Samyukta: A Journal of Women’s Studies (published by Institute of English, University of Kerala).
· She has experience working as the Copy Editor of HLL Family (published by Hindustan Latex Limited).
· She has worked as an Internal Mentor under the Scholar Support Programme, S. D. College.
Ms. Rajasree R. is currently pursuing Post Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English (PGCTE) from EFLU, Hyderabad through distance mode.
