Completed M.Sc. and Ph.D from M.G. University. His major areas of research are thin film coating of both organic and inorganic materials. Synthesis of borate based glasses, organic semiconductors, conducting polymers and nano materials. He served as an Assistant Professor in various engineering colleges. He published more than five papers in- Internationally reputed journals and some other papers are under revision. He presented more than 13 papers in various conferences. He is a co-author of the text book “A text book of Engineering Physics- S. Chand Publishers, New -Delhi
