Dr. Bindu P.
Dr. Bindu P. is Assistant Professor at the Post Graduate Department of Zoology and Research Centre, Sanatana Dharma College. She joined the Department in 2017 as Assistant Professor (on Contract) and worked in the capacity for 4 years, before receiving Substantive Appointment in 2021. Dr. Bindu P. holds a Doctoral Degree in Zoology from the University of Kerala (awarded in 2017). Publications in national and international research journals, conference presentations and chapters in edited books testify to her substantial research experience. She served as a Mentor under multiple Student Development Programmes during her teaching career at S. D. College. She engaged sessions as Internal Mentor under the Scholar Support Programme (SSP – 2019-20) and as Mentor in “Sasthrapadham” organized by Samagra Shiksha, Kerala, in collaboration with Directorate of Collegiate Education and Department of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala.

- She served as a Mentor in “Sasthrapadham” (organized by Samagra Shiksha, Kerala in collaboration with Directorate of Collegiate Education and Department of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala) for two consecutive years – 2019 and 2020.
- Dr. Bindu P. successfully completed the One Week Online Short – Term Faculty Development Programme on “Pedagogical and E-learning Tools for Teaching” organized by S. D. College, Alappuzha in collaboration with The Kerala State Higher Education Council from 4th – 10th August 2020.
